I didn't even know how to explain exactly what I wanted to Darryl but he read my mind and gave me a beautiful cut. I'm growing out my hair after shaving my head a year ago and wanted to keep as much length as possible but fix the mullet/tail I was getting in the back. I'm very happy with the result! Aaliyah who washed and styled my hair was so sweet and also did an amazing job. Will be back!

I absolutely love this salon! Super cute and the stylists are so sweet and welcoming. I got to meet Darryl who is so lively and sweet. I love the energy of the salon and they keep it extra clean. My stylist is Delia who did an amazing job with my hair. I was way over due for a haircut and wasn't sure what I wanted and Delia talked me though everything and it turned out amazing! She is such a good conversation and a good listener. I can't wait for my next appointment!

If you're not going to Daryl to get your hair done, what are you doing with your life? I discovered this lovely salon last year and will yo nowhere else. I should probably pay him a therapist's rate because he listens to me whine while he colors and cut my hair perfectly. I have developed so much gray since the pandemic started and I have always felt such a lift in hair and spirit after visiting him. He has a wonderful assistant that gives a killer wash (I legit fell asleep as she massaged my scalp). Staff is diverse and I feel comfortable there. A wonderful salon overall. I low key didn't want to give this review because then I'll have to compete with all of you to get an appointment!

Ladies & Gents, you should be going to Gaby for hair services! Gaby took me as a last minute appt and she is awesome. 5 stars isn't enough! She colored, trimmed and styled my African American hair beautifully. Gaby really knows hair care and she can make you look beautiful. I have complete trust in her skills and she will show you how much she knows about African American hair. Before I left the salon, I made sure to make my next appointment. If you want to look and feel beautiful, make an appointment with Gaby.

My first time coming to this shop, just moved to Fair Oaks and I yelped the best hair salons Darryls had a great reviews, Darryl deep conditioned my hair and trimmed it! I'm in love w/ my hair! It smells good feels good, and not to mention Darryl is such a nice personable person! And listens to what you want for your hair! I found my new hair salon!
